I am going to give it a 3. I went there for my birthday because I had been wondering about Korean body scrubs. When I asked about the procedure or how to book an additional service, the woman at the front desk mentioned the entrance fee. I told her I saw the sign at the door, and I understood I had to pay to enter. I considered leaving and going somewhere else. She was smug. I paid the entry fee, got my receipt, and gave her my ID. Easy parking. $40 bucks you can stay here to relax from 8am-11pm. Huge public bathhouse for men and women at -1 floor. Have body scrub service to make your skin smooth. 2nd floor have cafeteria that serves food, different types of Sauna and quiet place to take a nap. Great Asian style food at as well. Friendly staff, just ask them how everything works they will show you. Over all great place.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this spa and feel the need to share it. The staff member Lisa was extremely unprofessional. She started asking for tips before the service was even finished, which made me very uncomfortable. The scrub service was supposed to be 30 minutes, but she rushed through it in about 10 minutes. Even worse, she took my wristband without my consent and attempted to charge it before completing the service. When I questioned this, she became rude and raised her voice
