I am long overdue for a review of this lovely business but better late than never. I went into Norbrooks Bakery one Autumn Tuesday in hopes of getting a cake to celebrate 3 family members’ birthdays for that upcoming Saturday. I was greeted by Simone’s sweet mother. Very disappointed. I did not receive what I paid for. I used the bakery’s preferred online ordering platform to purchase a red velvet cheesecake cupcake and a cookies & cream cupcake for my mother. When she arrived to pick up the order, she was told those cupcakes were not available—even though they were listed on the online menu—and she was instead given two vanilla buttercream cupcakes.
