Listen, I have been a regular at this cafe for years, and I spend a lot of money here and love going in. I go multiple times a week to buy lattés, and I tip well. The way the staff navigates customers using the bathroom makes you feel totally unwelcome. Your customers are being treated like a nuisance and it is poor hospitality and it makes me not want to come back here unless something changes around this. It is the second time I had a really unpleasant experience about this issue specifically
bulgogi breakfast burritos are AMAZING. good simple breakfast sandwiches too and great coffee! everyone is so nice and good space to work
I won't be returning to this shop. While the coffee is actually quite good, the service left a lot to be desired. Starting around 4:00 PM—an hour before closing—a staff member began vacuuming aggressively all around my table in an otherwise empty shop. It felt like a pointed hint to leave while I was clearly trying to work, especially since the floors had just been mopped. I would have happily packed up and left if they had simply asked, but being 'vacuumed out' was unprofessional
