Came here after leaving the hospital, hungry and pregnant, only to be told they’re cash only. I go out of my way to use their ATM and pay extra fees just to get cash, then I’m told the grill is closed for catering. That information should have been shared before making customers take out cash. Completely inconsiderate and a waste of time and money. I will not be spending my money here ever they are rude the lady walked away while I’m talking!
Food is trash. Atleast the fries, grilled turkey sandwich and the tiramisu. Couldn’t even ate half of it. Coffee was ok can’t complain. The older server gave my check without me asking while I was still waiting to get my second coffee for 10min after ordering. And when I asked why she gave my check she said she thought I was finished. It is a hospital of course people gonna sit for an hour. People are having surgeries. Avoid if you can
I was here two days in a row in December 2025 while my mom was a patient in the hospital. Had never been there before. The tuna sandwich on rye toast with lettuce and tomato was excellent and well-priced. Service is quick. My only complaint is that I got the same iced coffee drink both days (large hazelnut iced coffee. The first day I was charged $7, the next day I was charged only $4.50!
