We did the $88 dollar dinner with 13 courses of nigiri and everything was perfect. The appetizer was served in this bowl with a lid on it and smoke inside which really added to the flavor of the dish. Truly unique. This place is such a hidden gem. I’ve been here twice and both times I was completely blown away by the quality of the food. As a seasoned sushi lover who had been to some of the best Michelin 3-star spots in Tokyo, I think this place is truly in the top tier in NYC in terms of the ingredients used, the curation, and the unbeatable $88 price for an omakase. I recommend this place to everyone.
Omakase 33 in New York is an absolute gem and, honestly, one of the best value omakase experiences I’ve come across.
