****** What a lovely place! An extra star must be added manually compared to other noodle places. The beef noodle soup was delicious — perfectly cooked noodles and big chunks of tender beef shank. The broth was so flavorful. I didn’t finish it, so I saved some for the next day, and it still tasted great. I also ordered the fried sticky tofu, which was amazing — honestly, it tasted even better the next day. The server is a very polite and friendly young man, and the owner/chef is a lovely lady
Beef noodles soup was amazing - great broth, super tender beef, all the right toppings and you can add chilli oil that is available on the side if you like. Great portion too! They also gave us some small sides like this yummy peanuts and pickled cabbage. Small restaurant hence not many tables (and it’s half service where you make your order at the counter, and they will serve it to you) but I really appreciate that they used proper bowls and utensils as opposed to single used ones. Friendly service and very clean place. The take out is packaged nicely, not your typical shoved in a plastic white or black container. You can tell they are environmentally conscious about their packaging. Now the food, its a bit bland and lacking in flavor for me. Not your typical Taiwanese place with deep flavors.
