Yesterday was my first time here with hubby and our 1.5 year old. I thought it was a good restaurant with good/very good food but certainly not somewhere that stands out as something spectacular or amazing. The service was good, the atmosphere was underwhelming. Going anywhere that requires street parking is impossible here in the frozen tundra. So for dinner on Friday night, we went to Osteria Santina, which has valet parking! We got there early and by the time we left both dining room rooms were packed. We started with fried polenta in a Gorgonzola sauce. For main courses, we had the fillet of sole oreganata and the steak pizzaiola with rigatoni. For dessert, limoncello cake and spumoni tartufo. Everything, including the service, was excellent.
