Dear management it’s 10:47pm Thursday night. When you close off your lobby and force everyone to use the drive through so you can “clean the floors” you create a bottleneck that destroy your brand. This is why your uber and door dash customers end up with cold food. Terrible management decision making. The staff prepares the app order and just leaves it there to go cold. Meanwhile one by one they take drive through customer orders and prepares them. This is really sad.
I stopped here to get some quick greasy food for a late night craving. I'm not sure if this was a fluke with people calling out of work, but on this night there was only ONE employee manning the drive-thru AND the kitchen. He did an extraordinary job and was extremely professional and personable. Giving 3 stars because the management of this location needs to do a better job of straffing. I sincerely hope they're not trying to increase profit margin by employing less staff to perform more tasks.
Ordered 2 rice & bean sides, but they think sending beans on top of potatoes is acceptable? Is someone on drugs?! I'm genuinely concerned that something is very wrong with a worker here.
