The restaurant is located in the Dyker Heights section of Brooklyn. They prepare Japanese cuisine. I ordered the sushi bento box. It includes choice of soup or salad, three shumai, rice, and eight pieces of sushi. The sashimi bento box is the same with nine pieces of sashimi. The harumaki are Japanese spring rolls and were crisp. The vegetable gyoza are dumplings with a vegetable filling. The food was fresh, well-prepared and well-priced. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Otani Sushi is a quaint sushi joint located on Fort Hamilton Parkway. There is not a lot of seating and there is no real table service, just order and sit down. I got the salmon lover set, which includes 9 pieces of salmon sashimi, 6 pieces of salmon sushi, and one spicy salmon roll, all for $23. That is an amazing deal in my opinion! Yummy affordable sushi. Got the party A (fed 2 people haha) and was decent pricing. Originally would be $50 after tax but on fantuan pickup I saved 8$! Recommend the spicy scallop roll.
