I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at Othello's Deli. I ordered a hot plate with salmon, peppers, and sweet potato. Unfortunately, the salmon was overcooked, dry, and had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the zucchini was burned and inedible. When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff member at the counter, I was informed that the food is always prepared in this manner and that there was no option for a replacement. Ordered pick up on grub hub. Everything was tasty. Nice clean deli. I’d come back. Sandwich was good and meaty btw. I don’t like too much meat on my sandwiches but it’s all good, I appreciate the portion.
The two Spanish male workers at the front are incredibly rude. They pick and choose who to serve first, based on who they seem to like, and completely ignore others. It's beyond frustrating. On top of that, the prices are ridiculous for what you get. Definitely won't be coming back!
