What happened? Usually, they are reliable and quick. This time, they were slow with delivery…taking 1.5 hours to deliver our order. They also only gave me a few *teaspoons-worth of sweet and sour sauce for my sweet and sour chicken. See photo. Hopefully this a one-off experience.
The food has always been delicious at Pacific Moon, even from early on. I have lived in this neighborhood for my entire life and have tried every other Chinese food restaurant in the neighborhood, but none consistently serve well prepared and delicious food. Customer experience over the phone was phenomenal! Placed order for delivery, delivery man was also super kind and friendly, however, the food quality was horrendous. I ordered something basic - chicken wings and fried rice. As soon as I opened my plate you could smell the stench of the old cooking oil that was used to fry my chicken, after years of managing a kitchen you know when the smell is not right.
