DISGUSTING!!! This is what you're being served as a customer. Moldy cheese… mind you this is mozzarella cheese (which isn't supposed to be any color but white). I drive back to this establishment and the boss/cook decides to defend the moldy cheese on the sandwich instead of taking accountability that he served someone spoiled food. This is also located right next to a hospital (you would think they would take extra precaution when preparing food). UNACCEPTABLE, NEVER AGAIN!!!
Tired of being ignored and dismissed. Ready to pay for order and get ignored while taking 4 to 5 (not exaggerating) phone orders. Walked out. Very bad customer service.
1st time ordering - made me pay for fries, didn't give me fries on uber eats, told me they dont offer fries and i'd have to pay extra. 2nd time ordering - didn't give me any sides on the lasagna order, even though sides are an option. 3rd time ordering - accepted the order, closed the shop before giving it to the delivery guy, and then i didn't get my order, but I had to pay for my order. it sucks, this is some of the best food in the area, with the most garbage online service
