I had the best experience with my Panera delivery tonight! A manager went completely above and beyond. I truly wish I could remember his name because he deserves all the credit in the world for his amazing service (ordered 6/20/26 at night). His kindness completely brightened my night. Thank you so much for hiring such stellar leadership and Panera is so lucky to have him as part of their team. I will definitely check out The Shannon Rose in NJ, which he recommended. I love Panera, especially this location. The atmosphere is diverse and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I met the manager today Marco, he was very hospitable and accommodating. I highly recommend for the cleanliness & layout.
I ordered 2 soufflés for delivery because I know how fast those go. And I needed food before my appointment but imagine my extreme disappointment when I opened my food and found 2 extremely sad egg and cheese sandwiches. I received no call to tell me they ran out or anything. I’m not sure if my delivery guy picked up the wrong bag but that bag had our receipt on it!
