Come on Panera! You can do much better. Employees are not taught to take ownership of their own store and managers don’t seem to be around managing issues. Food can be slow to come. But the biggest problem I have is that it is always dirty. Don’t put cones, clean it up. The place to return dishes are horribly maintained and soda machine floor is always sticky and no one ever seems to mop except end of day. The bad part is this place is actually in demand and many people come.
Terrible and unsafe! Rotten fruit in my salad. Check out the photos. The strawberries were completely mushy and old, and I even found a totally rotten, shriveled piece of fruit at the bottom. Serving spoiled food like this is disgusting and dangerous. Avoid this place if you care about freshness.
Very dirty. I had to ask the manager a couple of times if someone could clean the tables & the floor? They said which ones? I said, "all of them." There was one person doing very slow cleaning. I asked them if they could clean the floor? He didn't understand me. In other words, he didn't speak English, so I gad to use hand movements. There was napkins, cups, food plates, etc all over the floor. It was a mess especially in that neighborhood.
