I am a regular customer in this location. As some people may know there is a lot of dogs in the area because there is a petco. I came in on Sunday to have lunch, I had my dog with me in a dog stroller. My dog barked TWO TIMES & an old miserable lady told me to shut my dog up. People around us looked at her like she was insane. She went to the manager and the manager told me I needed to leave because no dogs were allowed unless it was a service dog. This Panera has a lot of seating but the management here is garbage. There’s only two people working and the orders are so backed up.
