I got my sandwich&soup dine-in order as soon as it was ready and the sandwich was toasted but cold, and even with the warmer soup was disappointing considering all the other options in this area. The upstairs dining room is ok, good for working on a laptop. I was at other Panera's last year and for dine in, you get porcelain or reusable platesware but not here. Maybe renovations haven't made it here yet
It truly regrets me to have to leave another negative review so soon. I previously left feedback regarding the thinness of the eggs, hoping the quality would improve, but here I am again with another issue. Loved to food, ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup with fresh bread and croutons. There was almost no wait and the food was ready pretty quickly to my surprise. I ate it so fast that I forgot to take a picture of it. The bread was soft and the cheese gooey and delicious and the soup was hearty and had a nice acidic flavour which was very tasty.
