I recently had my first and last experience ordering from this location. The order took an excruciating hour to arrive. To make matters worse, the driver refused to come upstairs. I am sharing this to warn the Asian community to avoid this location. I experienced blatant racial discrimination and harassment here. I am Asian, and when I arrived, there were two other Asian customers already waiting. Despite us being there first, the staff ignored all three of us to immediately serve a white customer who walked in after us. What can I say, it's Papa Johns. This isn't the best pizza option, but should deliver quickly, etc. The staff is insanely rude. Truly awful people. I miss John's Pizza across the street. Much better quality. And, they actually valued customers.
