This place used to be good. But now 2026 it's pure utter garbage. Could be too they are understaffed. In the app it will say the food is ready but in reality it's not, when you arrive you'll probably wait an additional 15-30min. Probably marking things ready in the App to meet corporate metrics, but in reality it's not. When your order is marked ready, give it about an additional 15min before you pick it up.
What happened with Papa John’s ? I was crazy about this pizza,quality changed a lot. I didn’t eat for a while don’t get me wrong not bad but I was looking where are the toppings? Lot of empty dough… the calzone bites was very tasteful but looks like someone eat couple of pieces from the box. Terrible customer service and broken promises I had a very disappointing experience here. After they messed up my order on Monday, the manager promised a free replacement for my next visit. I followed up the next day, but the handling of the situation was a total disaster. I called to claim the replacement as discussed.
