I ordered received two plain pizzas instead of what I actually ordered. I called and an Incompetent female manager asked me what I would like her to do…please be for real. I then requested a refund and she stated that she would send the driver back to pick up the pizza before issuing me a refund. DEPLORABLE SERVICE! Will certainly dispute this with my bank because they have to be joking.
THE WORST pizzeria I have ever seen in my life. Total chaos and complete disrespect for people. Papa John’s is a dirty place with absolutely incompetent staff. Employees work however they want. One female employee in particular is rude, slow, and completely ignores customers and delivery drivers. Ready orders sit there for 30 40 minutes, clearly visible, yet employees INTENTIONALLY DO NOT HAND THEM OUT. People are forced to wait, lose time, and receive zero explanations. I placed an order stating light sauce and light cheese. They disregarded this and placed heavy sauce. Called the store and they refuse to answer , only putting every call on hold. This store needs to do better. This location is horrible! Repeat offenders of messing up orders, calling the store is a nightmare with the staff. Overall placed on the DO NOT LIST for restaurants
