Billy at Paris Baguette consistently provides one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had at any café. He is incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring with every interaction. He handles orders quickly and efficiently, prepares drinks correctly, and warms pastries fast while keeping everything fresh and well presented. Even during busy times, he stays calm, organized, and focused on making sure each customer is taken care of. Our visits are always smoother and more enjoyable
I enjoyed bakery here. My wife and I had Garlic Sausage Pastry($3.99), Cherry&Greek Yogurt Danish($3.79), Cafe Latte and Iced Black coffee. Even coffee is not that great, but it’s spacious and open 24/7. People are nice, many kinds of bread here and toilet was clean. I was satisfied with it.
One of the greatest experiences I’ve had while traveling! The food is something I can’t compare to anything else. This has become a place to frequent anytime I plan to visit NYC in the future. The staff I must give a 5+ stars, friendly, amazing hospitality and energy. You won’t regret coming here.
