I bought a cake here expecting fresh quality, but what I received was disappointing. The strawberries on top were clearly not fresh—some looked damaged and poorly handled, with wilted leaves. The battered looked aged too. When I went back to address it, instead of taking responsibility, the owner (indian in her mid 50’s) responded in a rude and dismissive way. I was told the product was fine and that it’s normal for strawberries to get like that, and that I shouldn’t care about the leaves becau
I came here last night to order my usual milk and cereal frap, I was so glad Emily was there to attend me as she always makes my drink perfect and makes sure I like it before I leave the store. She’s honestly the reason I keep coming back to this location, she’s so friendly and attentive it’s always a pleasure to be served by her.
The place is always so jolly and great atmosphere. The cashier Jason has always been amazing , helpful and friendly. Everytime I buy some pastries & drinks he is fast and efficient . Thanks!
