Parm has been around a while, and I finally made it to the original location. It’s classic, old-school Italian-American comfort food. The space is pretty small and they don’t take reservations, so keep that in mind. I grabbed a seat at the bar during happy hour, weekdays from 3 to 7. Fantastic food! We have been wanting to stop here for a long time after seeing so many videos online about it, and I’m glad we did!!! There are only a few tables in the back, and we came as a walk in around 12:30 pm on a Sunday and snagged one. Carson was an exceptional server, and definitely deserves 100000000 stars!! I finally got to try Parm on a bustling weekend afternoon and it was worth the hype. The chicken parmesan was massive, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, smothered in tangy tomato sauce and gooey mozzarella. We also tried the eggplant parmesan which was lighter but still rich and satisfying, a nice vegetarian option.
