I recently dined at Pascalou, and it proved to be a wonderfully warm and charming French restaurant experience. I have heard the name Pascalou a few times in the past years but have never had chance to explore the restaurant myself until last week when I had to pick a restaurant near the Guggenheim. It’s a lively small space. I enjoy reading on their website about chef Pascal’s love story in result of this restaurant. The Grand Marnier Soufflé was a master piece. Absolutely LOVED this gem! Came here by accident last night as my dad and i decided to “wing it” for dinner and i couldn’t be happier. We got the French onion soup that was probably the BEST i have ever had. We had the onion tarte - the flavors- omg!! And then the beef bourignion for entree. Each was so authentic, rich, homey meals for this -1 degree weather😅. Our server was super too to get our meal in time so we weren’t late to our concert. Overall reminded me of the little gems in 🇫🇷.
