A/C inside, quiet & relaxing break, the combo vermicelli bowl with pork and fried roll was amazing. It had so much protein (4 pieces of pork - hard to tell in the picture because they were stacked) and the flavor & sauce was on point. Really good value for the price. 10/10 recommend!
We had a lunch at Pasteur Grill & Noodles. We enjoyed our lunch very much here. We had a table by the window in the front. As starter we had the loempia’s and some fried rice and noodle soup. Delicious 😋 Food was super good!!!! But … this restaurant makes it so special cause of the staff who works here. They are so sweet! ❤️ So if you are looking for a restaurant, not sjiek but simple, not to expensive but with delicious food and great service… go to this place!!!!
My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Chinatown, and a great place to grab some Vietnamese-American food. I believe it's the oldest Vietnamese restaurant in at least Chinatown NYC, if not all of NYC that still exists. The food is tasty, consistent, and affordable. The staff are fine and the place is always clean and smells amazing. I'm a huge fan of Pho so this place helps satisfy that itch whenever I'm in the area.
From the Dec 30, 2024 health inspection. Lower-priority items are listed after the serious ones.

Cold food was held above 41°F, warm enough for bacteria to grow.

Clean utensils were stored where they could get dirty again.
