I always have a great experience at Maman in Moynihan Train Hall on 34th Street. The staff is always fast, courteous, and welcoming, even during busy times. Service is consistently quick, which is so appreciated when you’re on the go, and they always make the experience pleasant. The drinks and food are always fresh and beautifully made. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the station!
The service here is truly and hilariously awful, but I keep coming back because their baked goods are just that delicious and so very worth it. I just picked up my online order after taking the train in from Washington, and the ordering experience was flawless and awesome. Oh, and the rewards system (free cookie already?) is fantastic! When I got to the Maman counter, I went over to the area marked “Pickup - Online Orders,” situated to the right. I waited for five minutes as I watched not one,
I love coming here for my morning coffee! 🥰 JJ and Zavon greets me with genuine kindness. I appreciate that JJ and Zavon has my iced latte ready by the time I arrive, especially with the type of straw I prefer. I honestly look forward to seeing them because I know my iced latte will be made just how I like it.
