Such great food and service. Smaller menus usually promise quality food and that’s what we got. Came here with a reservation through Chase Sapphire Reserve on a Thursday at 5:30. It was quiet at first then got busier an hour in. But definitely not too loud like other reviews mentioned, but probably because we came on a weekday right at opening. Phoenix Place in Chinatown is a gem. The atmosphere perfectly captures the Cantonese theme with old Chinese movies playing on a jukebox, which sets an amazing vibe. We did their preset tasting menu and were pleasantly surprised by every dish. The mandarin chili wings and duck breast were standouts—crispy, flavorful, and incredibly well-executed.
