During a group tour of New York City, we had a short lunch break and only had 15 minutes to finish. My friend and I were exploring the area for something to eat, and we ended up at Pick A Bagel. There were a variety of sandwiches available, but to make the most of our time, we ordered the bagel sandwich with ham from the cold sandwich menu. It was a simple bagel sandwich with ham, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and American cheese, but it was surprisingly tasty, exceeding our expectations. The staff
Best NY bagels in town. Quick service. 100% did not skimp on my nova lox deluxe🙏
On a short trip to New York, and eating at various establishments whilst being a tourist. This was our 3rd bagel shop visit, and so far this was the most disappointing. I'm not sure if it's because of the location, or simply the cost, but the quality and amount of ingredients didn't match the prices, which are high even by New York standards. The bagels were OK to eat, but my salmon (and a lot of tomato) bagel wasn't worth over $20!
