I catered from Pistache for my brothers graduation and it was amazing! Yvan was able to make 500 canapés in 2 days notice while respecting my budget. The quality of the food was amazing and Yvan was really nice and delivered it himself. I recommend the mini quiches and the mini salmon sandwich! Would totally cater from him again!
Amazing galettes de rois! Get your handheld vacuum ready because the flakiness is out of this world. Baked just right with buttery goodness between each layer. The pistachio galette wasn’t overwhelming in flavor (that’s good!!)but rather gave a reserved, nutty taste. A former colleague of mine traditionally sends me an item from Pistache every New Year. Last year it was a lovely King Cake. This year it was a pistachio buche de Noel which was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful to look at and delicious. It was personally delivered by the owner on New Year’s Eve! I wish I had taken a photo as it was a work of art. I attach a king cake photo from last year. I highly recommend every delicacy coming from his kitchen. I have never been disappointed.
