I walked in as they were opening, and i ordered a regular slice and a Sicilian. It was nice to see the tables were clean as well as the pizza shop. As i waited for my food, i grabbed a soda, which was flat upon tasting it. I was told no worries and was even recommended a new Dr. Pepper with coconut. Associates were nice. They had overhead music playing and video on a TV. The pizza slice was good but a bit salty for my taste. The Sicilian was nice and crunchy. The parking is hit or miss. Street p
I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I clearly explained that I have a pepper allergy and asked if they could accommodate my order without any peppers. Instead of being understanding or offering a solution, they were dismissive and made no effort to help. Food allergies aren’t preferences — they’re serious health concerns. The lack of care and customer service was shocking. It felt like my safety didn’t matter at all. A simple accommodation or even a professional response would have
I have ordered this pizza a couple of times and sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not it's dry and tasteless... Last week I ordered something that was so dry that I'm done with ordering from them. The toppings on their pizza are consistently dry and there's never enough sauce. When the food gets delivered it's always hot I will give it that but being hot and dry is not always a good thing!!! I like to use them because I live a few blocks away and when it's cold it's nice to have it delivere
