Love this location. Staff is always so friendly and attentive… but just a small suggestion. I typically don’t carry cash and would love to tip the staff who serve when I stop by. Anyway you guys could add a tip option for those who do pay by card?
I have been coming to this location for a few years. Every season the children that work here get worse. I stopped by this afternoon to grab a quick treat. It was 1pm and the annoyed little girl was just opening. After she ignored me at the window for a few minutes, she finally asked "what i wanted ". I asked for a bag to put my ice in. She literally said, I can have a bag after i pay! I am done with the children and this location. The taste of the product does not compensate for the rude and
For me, summer truly begins when Ralph’s reopens for the season. They’ve been making ices and ice cream on Staten Island since 1928! I love their cream ice; I had mint chip and chocolate peanut butter cup. Delicious!
