Each taco is almost $6 and tiny. They also only come on a single layer of tortilla. They’re so cheap with the limes and the tacos themselves were on the salty side.
Easily the best Mexican food I've had in Manhattan. Lovely tacos al pastor, fish tacos and michelada. I'll definitely have their margarita next time. Pablo, the owner and chef, is so pleasant to talk to and really takes customer feedback to heart. He was really welcoming and proud of the food being produced at Ploo. The watermelon slushy was pretty good. The "machete" quesadilla was ok. The shrimp burrito really felt like it was mostly rice. It was quite bland and both salsas were unfortunately not very tasty. Everything felt very overpriced. I would not recommend this place or come back.
