I visited with my daughter to have lunch. The interior is very well lit and maintained. Clean restroom. The employees were courteous. The food was well presented and overall it was good. My major complain is that they need to decrease the sodium (salt) particularly in the chicken; the taste was a bit intense.
My review is specifically about ordering online. I placed an order that was delivered incomplete. When I called, I was told that they will send the missing items the next time that I order - but I needed the food that night because that was when my children were hungry. I told them I would come pick it up so I drove down to the location. After all that hassle, I reached out online to get a refund for the delivery fees that I was charged. When you order online, they charge you three delivery fees
Please don’t be fooled by the high ratings. They are all bots obscuring a dilapidated business. If you want bad, distasteful, and just rude service, go to this Popeyes. If I could, I would create a spite store next to this one. This is what I get for not meal prepping last night. The food and especially the front counter lady with the glasses have parasitic energy. They don’t understand quantity and would rather argue with you than be accountable. Please save your time and your appetite. Visi
