I ordered regular a chicken sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich. Both chicken in the sandwiches were a bit dry. I was a little disappointed because they usually have good chicken. The staff were nice and friendly. I ordered on my phone and picked up the orders there, and I didn’t have to wait.
Never have an issue except for once my order was given to someone else by mistake with the same name and the person didn't check the # on the ticket. The manager was clearly upset but handled with professionalism and at first gave me a hard time but understood my order and knew I always ordered the same thing and knew it was mine and redid my order and handled it so well. He knew I wasn't trying to scam anyone and it was an employee error. Don't know what he did about that employee but I know
Simply the best! We have all become use to the LACK of customer service service in the the services or otherwise. This location has it all together. Five stars all around. This is a food option that rises to the top, when wondering what's for dinner. More for the service than the food
