Walking into this Popeyes, the tables are littered with left over trash bags and eaten chicken. Although we recieved our order right away, I have a feeling the foods been sitting out for way too long as I bite into dried up chicken. Eating didnt bring me joy, instead, it felt like a chore to finish the box so I don't get ripped off. The chicken lacked juice whilst also looking a bit burnt around the edges. The fries, just like the chicken, must've been sitting out, as they were cold and soggy.
My experience wasn't the best because they tried to sell me chicken that's been sitting for over a half hour... So I had to wait another 15 minutes for the fresh spicy chicken to come out. It was worth the wait I guess 🤷🏾♂️
To be fair, the place is roomy, clean, wifi is available and it has the outlet to juice up your device's. You can find a decent amount of seating but thats it for all my compliments. As for the food, the chicken strip is huge disappointment and the chicken is not cooked properly as the meat close to the bone seem pinkish, which is a bit undercooked to my taste.
