Haven’t been to this specific Popeyes in two years. Went back on a whim and it still is terrible. Waited over 30 minutes because the fry cook is slow and puts less food out for packaging the demand is calling for. Behind the counter no one is helping the fry cook but keep taking orders they don’t care to keep up with. All that just to leave with another order because they never have spicy chicken for the customers present. I knew it would be bad but I was hoping it would get better. Less rachet
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurant located at 1994 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11233, due to an extremely negative customer service experience. On the day of the incident, I attempted to make a purchase totaling $29.39, with the intention of spending my money at this location. Unfortunately, I was treated in a very disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional manner by the store manager, whose number appears as 2346
The chicken was very juicy and well cooked. The taste was simply amazing and I heavily enjoyed eating this with my teammates. I will not forget this experience anytime soon. Thank you Popeyes!
