I’d like to share my thoughts about a fantastic cashier and person—if I recall correctly, her name is Tosi. She is a wonderful person who provides excellent customer service; they really should have more employees like her. The person who handed me my food was great, too—I didn't catch his name, but he was working the 11:30 AM shift on June 15th. Both of them were excellent at their jobs. Ordered a 10 piece family meal. Thought i can trust the employees to get it right and just sit at table without watching them. I get home and check my order to my surprise its 2 breasts and 8 wings. Not a thing nor a drumstick in the box. 8 WINGS. Please watch them make your order or you will be hoodwinked.
Can’t use a Popeyes gift card here. Or hardly any of them to be honest. I’ve been trying for over a year and have been to 8 different Popeyes and there’s always a reason they can’t take them even through the app order (recognizes them, then says error).
