I recently visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and had a very disappointing experience. The chicken had a bad smell that immediately made me question the freshness and cleanliness of the food preparation. It honestly seemed like the chicken was not cleaned or handled properly before being cooked and sold. Food quality and sanitation should be a top priority, especially when serving customers. Management seriously needs to take more time to properly clean and prepare the chicken before serving it.
Do not waste your time here, worst Popeyes I've ever been to. I love Popeyes mashed potatoes but this location was disappointing. The mashed potatoes had no gravy or specks of pepper in it, just tasted like cardboard. The french fries are trash, they don't taste like your standard Popeyes fries. We also tried the wraps and they were just sad. Gave them 2 chances, never going to this location ever again.
I ordered fries and they just put them in a brown bag..not in a box or anything. Just thrown in their. I contacted customer service and they gave me a $3 credit to my app. I ordered again a while later and the same thing. They never changed even though I complained. And the workers their are not friendly at all. A small place and the tables are dirty. The chicken strips do not have a lot of chicken, all breading. I try not to go to that one now. But it is close to my house. I just order somethin
