I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Popeyes location. We approached the counter/window and showed the young lady the promotion that was advertised for $20 with the option of either 11 tenders or 9 wings. I simply showed her the picture and said I wanted that deal. At no point did she ask whether I wanted tenders or wings, so she automatically put in wings. This place gave me food with hair in it . Which is so disgusting. I have never experienced anything like this before. And when you tell them , they don’t seem worried or concerned.
