These are my guys they always take care of me. The manager is wonderful and they will help you resolve any issue. You have just ask for a manager. I sent Popeyes website a complaint that my chicken was raw and fries were hard and overcooked. I sent them pictures of the raw chicken and also a copy of the receipt which shows that I spent $40.40 on the order. A representative named Jessica emailed me back offering me a $15 coupon. Completely unacceptable. I would like someone from management to contact me ASAP. I was trying to give Popeyes the opportunity to make things right BEFORE going online, but it has come to this. Ordering to-go from Popeye's was quick and easy. My order was processed perfectly and they even threw in an extra tender because the ones they used were small. Much appreciated in Brownsville.
