Manager Sheikh Liz very unhelpful and has terrible customer service skills. I made an order and explained to her that I only wanted the gravy from The mashed potatoes which I paid for she was unwilling to accommodate my order request and wanted to charge me an extra $4, she tried to give me a to go ketchup container with gravy saying that's what they give now which is a complete lie I was just at Popeyes last week and got the full container they use for mashed potatoes with gravy. Nasty attitude
This is the only Popeyes I will visit. The chicken is never dry, the lemonade is just the right amount of tart and sweet, and the staff are always so warm and welcoming. They really get to know their regulars, and they're soo good at remembering what their preferences are. Especially with me and my addiction to Cajun Sparkle lol they really are the best.
My macaroni and cheese was literally chessy soup! I could not eat it because it was soo watery and disgusting. My fries came inside of a brown bag and nothing else, no box, container or anything. Just to top things off, I was also missing my biscuit.
