I’ve been living in this area for a year, and this is the 4th time I’ve given this Popeyes a chance. Unfortunately, I think it will also be the last. Every time I’ve ordered here, the chicken has been overly hot, stiff, and almost burnt. The food feels like it’s been sitting out too long, poorly packed, and served without care. The elderly man in front is highly disrespectful for no beneficial purpose as loyal customer it is unfortunate that I can no longer feel the same experience as other locations and hope that he could evaluate his actions to create a saver environment for his employees and consumers
They routinely get your order wrong when you use a delivery service. This time I ordered a spicy two piece combo mashed potatoes and instead got 3 chicken tenders , fries and Mac and cheese … It wasn't the couriers fault because the workers stapled the incorrect ticket to the bag Won’t order from this location again.
