I always go to this Popeyes but I am always unsatisfied with this location specifically. They ALWAYS mess up my order. I asked for Breast meat and Wings. I paid extra for it as well. They never get the order correct. The worker also had an attitude when I explained that the order was incorrect. He assured me that this was now the correct order. I, then went home and opened the box. The order was STILL incorrect.
While I was waiting to order, the male waiter chatted with the customer in front of me. I thought it would be quick, so I waited, but they talked for at least five minutes, completely ignoring me. Finally, after I ordered, although there weren't many people waiting in the restaurant, I waited for twenty minutes—longer than the customers behind me. Worst Popeyes location. The service excruciatingly slow. Cleanliness was questionable. Food was old, luke warm, stale. Attention to deal is nonexistent. Corporate needs to come and fix this place up or they're gonna close down at this rate.
