I had an extremely disappointing experience. The team came across as egotistical, lacking proper knowledge, and clearly not well-trained. There was little to no sense of customer service, and the overall attitude was unprofessional. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in my life. I ordered spicy chicken the last three times, and you can tell no peppers were added because it wasn't red under the skin like it usually is. Mild is mild, spicy is spicy.
