I found a HAIR in my coleslaw at this location. I contacted digital support and sent photos, but after a week of "investigation," I have received no resolution or compensation. It’s a clear health code violation and very disappointing. I used my rewards points for this meal, and it was completely ruined. Hygiene should be a priority at this Popeyes. I’ve been here twice, and both times I’ve had issues getting my food on time. On this visit, I placed a pickup order and waited over 15 minutes. The app showed that my order was ready, and I could clearly see the bags sitting on the counter. When I gave my order number to the woman at the front desk, she barely looked at it and then ignored me. A few moments later, another employee walked by.
