On 2/18/26, I purchased an 8 piece shrimp tackle box and 3 pieces of spicy, white meat chicken from Popeye’s located at 88-08 Northern Blvd, Jackson Heights, NY. It was the worst I have tasted from this location. The 3 piece consisted of a breast, leg and wing. The breast was overcooked and had way too much of a peppery taste. The shrimp had very little seasoning. Even the biscuit had a funny taste today. This is the worse meal I have purchased from here thus far. I don’t even eat there o
I had sent my younger sister to buy food today. When she cam back home she had told me the cashier charged her for the wrong thing. When she confronted the cashier they said she had to pay for a new order, my sister was confused since she had already payed for the last order. She came home with only one order. When i called the manager she blamed my sister for not ordering the right thing and not picking up the first order. In the end they gave me the first order when i marched into the store. O
This is the worst freaking Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Absolutely terrible service and they are so slow. I understand if there weren’t enough staff, but then the staff there were just cleaning tables instead of taking my order so I can pay. The people behind the register looked my way and ignored me. I was standing there for 25 minutes. I got my food in 15 minutes. Just for them to throw the biscuits in my bag with no wrapping, or napkin like??? Never going back.
