The place is very brightly lighted and modern looking and serves delicious chicken. The employee, however, seem confused when dealing with people, as if they just landed on our planet. Good thing there’s a thick plexiglass shield between them and the customers. They don’t like to hand out napkins, either. Even though they serve fried food which you eat with your hands. Nice large, open kitchen; perhaps it should be a bit smaller, and the the crowded dining area made larger. ♿️
Disappointed with the service and food quality. I visited Popeyes expecting tasty food and decent service, but I was met with several unpleasant issues. On top of that, the food was barely warm, the chicken was dry, and the breading was greasy and flavorless. The staff seemed tired and were not very attentive to customers; questions were answered vaguely and without enthusiasm. Small things like
The portion size is so small. I didn’t eat Popeyes for a while so idk if it’s just this store or all the Popeyes are now skimping on food nowadays. The wings and chicken legs are laughable. Feels like it’s from a pigeon.
