For God’s sake, if you’re thinking about going to Popeyes, listen to me and trust me—this location is not for humans. I ordered a burger and a side of fries. The food was cheap as hell. I could barely hold the fries with one hand, and the chicken in the burger was about 60% breadcrumbs， and also for the bacon eats like a rock. This is the first time I’ve written a negative review. I’d give it a negative stars if the system let me.
No posted information about their policies of one coupon per user account posted anywhere except on a sheet of paper on their register. I went in to pick up my orders. Cashier said management doesn't allow more than one. Okay I guess. I ask for a refund. None given. I contact support on the app. The support team marked the ticket resolved and closed before even reaching back to me. Now, where do I get my refund for the purchases I ordered but never received?
