I think this is one of the worst Popeyes locations I’ve ever visited. The atmosphere is extremely unpleasant, mainly because the restaurant is constantly crowded with delivery drivers occupying nearly all the tables while not even eating. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich, and a spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken is getting smaller and smaller. The chicken wasn’t as juicy, either. The regular chicken sandwich was okay, but the spicy one wasn’t spicy at all. I’m quite disappointed. They should really work on their quality control. The staff was okay, but the restaurant was greasy and dirty.
I eat here frequently and the food taste fresh all the time. But the store is extremely dirty. Filthy seats, food and grease all over the table and floor and the drink station has dried soda and sticky all over which is a clear sign it hasn't been cleaned for an extensive period of time. Clean your store. Have some dignity and pride!
