Truethfully the food is great but the leadership there's is rude and unprofessional. I would give grace because it is Ramadan and I understand the staff are fasting but this has been a consistent issue from the leadership team at this location since they have opened. I've seen them talk ruedly to their staff as if they are machines. And they have no communication skills with customers. I work in food delivery and very often pick up orders from this place. I also stop by late at night to grab a quick bite. The night crew here is absolutely amazing — very kind, warm, and welcoming people. Honestly, I don’t understand why this location has such a low rating. The place gets packed really quickly. The lady with a slothful look on her face is extremely spiteful she didn’t take my money because it had a little bit of jam on it. Then I order online 5pc chicken two sides and a biscuit. She gave me about 15 fries as a ONE of my sides, without a fork jelly nothing nor napkin.
