I recently dined at Portale and overall had a solid experience. The ambiance is elevated yet comfortable, a nice spot for a relaxed upscale dinner. Service was a bit uneven. While polite, it felt somewhat slow and distant at times, which took away from the overall flow of the evening. Food-wise, there were some highs and a few misses. The pasta dishes were very salty, which overshadowed the thoughtful presentation. That said, the pork chop was excellent. Overall, we had a nice time at Portal
Each time I visit, they never disappoint. The food is great, especially the ravioli, which is my favorite so far. The sauce on the filet mignon was a bit too salty, but still tasty. And the service, especially from our server Jeffery, was amazing. His excellent service definitely elevated our experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Yesterday was my second time at Portale and it was as amazing as the first time. From the care of the staff to each of the plates we enjoyed, everything was absolutely amazing. You need to try the banana dessert, it’s so good!! Can’t wait to be back!
